Greetings folks, well up till now I have posted on varies things but not on something controversial. Why because I simply did not get time and I was busy with my world.  Any ways you may have heard a lot about the huge corruption that is in Indian government and its projects but sadly that is just one side of the coin, while the second side is the huge amount of corporate corruption which destroys out lovely country from inside out.

Yes literally the common people who are below the middle class get tortured by evil banks and other evil co-operations who use malpractices to get into the top position.
Such a story happens even in this modern year of 2011 which we saw face to face happening around our town 2 times in Koregaon Park which is in Pune city, Maharashtra.

So this bank is called ICICI Bank which is pretty famous and always winning awards but under the whole hemisphere there is huge controversy which comes out into open space, time after time.

Let me tell you today’s eye witness account. This bank guy comes and since no one was in home started banging the doors and shouting to what had simply being a delayed 2 months loan payment. Yes this guy uses harsh language and is officially send by the bank to collect the payments because the bank does not want to dirty its hand and name.

So this ICICI Bank uses 3rd party people who carry real authorised bank documents, payment receipts and cheques and uses force and foul language to torture innocent victims into forcefully paying the money instead of giving additional loan on bankruptcy.

This is horrible corruption trick! And I mean it! this is no smaller matter even if I get disturbed by this guy who I found to be from Star Agency Pune authorised by ICICI Bank.
If you agree with me when you take a look at this banks online and offline records showing goon/mafia type of dealings in the name of loan or payment recovery.

People are even killing them self because of such goons recovery agency’s being used to collect simply some funds which the bank is even charging interests on late payments.
Yes the bank is taking additional late fees and even 2% to 25% charges from all ready  somehow who is hurt and unable to payback his depths.

Its like adding salt and insult to injury!
Just take a look for yourself at all the ICICI Bank Goons controversial things on few sites that will prove my point on why this is the number 1 cheating bank in India.
I am not anti-person but I cannot support injustice being done on such a high level and even this bank shows commercials as being the safest bank in Asia.

Look at the bank controversial records:
1. ICICI Bank was fined 55 lakh for hiring goons (known coloquially as “goondas”) to recover a loan. Recovery agents had, allegedly, forcibly dragged out a youth (who was not even the borrower) from the car, beaten him up with iron rods and left him bleeding as they drove away with the vehicle. “We hold ICICI Bank guilty of the grossest kind of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice for breach of terms of contract of hire-purchase/loan agreement by seizing the vehicle illegally”,”No civilised society governed by the rule of law can brook such kind of conduct” said Justice Kaleem, who was born in Laddhawala, Muzaffarnagar is the president of the consumer commission.
2. ICICI Bank told to pay 1 lakh as compensation for using unlawful recovery methods.
3. RBI warns ICICI Bank for coercive methods to recover loans.
4. ICICI Bank drives customer to suicide – Four men including an employee of ICICI Bank booked under sections 452, 306, 506 (II) and 34 of IPC for abetting suicide.According to the suicide note they advised him, “If you cannot repay the bank loan, sell off your wife, your kids, yourself, sell everything at your home. Even then if you cannot not pay back the due amount, then it’s better if you commit suicide.” India biggest private bank has compensated the life by money.
5. C.L.N Murthy, a scientist with the Hyderabad-based Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, was allegedly tortured by recovery agents of ICICI Bank after he defaulted on his loan.“They humiliated me no end. They ripped my shirt, shaved my moustache, cut my hair and gave electric shocks on my chest and even spat on my face” adds Murthy.

The ICICI Bank Controversial List Goes Into Black Hole With No Hope Of Still Justice In India Banking Sector…

I sincerely hope that this ICICI Bank (Of Goons) actions get stopped and that people choose the right type of bank and if they are facing any such related issues, call the police and file a complaint in the justice court before its too late.
